Hi

Could someone please tell me if eggs will continue to grow, even if they're not fertile?

I have 6 or so eggs left from a batch of 14 but they are really puffed up and have definitely grown since they were hatched. It's now approx 65 days and they look like they're about to burst and I'm sure I can see some redness inside - but that could just be my imagination!

they might just be taking a little longer, particularly if it was a clump of eggs in the incubator.........might be worth carefully cutting them to help any weaker snakes pip, though another school of thought is that if they're that weak they can't pip and hatch then they're unlikely to thrive
