Hiya,
I'm no expert but one word of warning..... THEY ARE ADDICTIVE!!!!!!!! I had no interest in snakes at all this time last year. Didn't even want to go near them, not cause I feared them but because I have always been more of a fur fan.
Now after meeting and working with one back in September I did lots of homework and made the jump back in February with Mo. I'm now due to get another in July and thats just the first on a very long list (if I can convince the other half, I have my ways
You have been warned, but welcome to the forum |

I felt the same as cattNmo, I was never particulaly interested in snakes. A few weeks ago a friend asked me if I wanted her 14 year old son's corn snake as the teen had lost interest in him and as she has a small baby she didn't have the time to give him the attention he deserved. At first I said 'thanks but no thanks' but when I told my husband about it he looked so disapointed that I gave in and said yes. Now I couldn't imagine life without my corn. He is an amazing pet to have. my children absolutely adore him too. My 2 year old was a little unsure at first but now she loves him, I constantly find her sitting in front of the viv just watching him for ages. Fantastic animals!!! |
