derek seems to have taken a liking to his new plants rather than his hides to the point where he even climbs up into the one hanging from his faun lid and spends nearly all day up there.........so my question is do you think artificial flora mats are any good ? seen a few on superpetsdirect.com that may be worthwhile with a bit of substrate under them for his tunneling

it makes spot-cleaning impossible and you really need a spare, or even two, for when you're washing/disinfecting one - which is another job i don't think i'd be that keen on knowing how bad corn poo can be!!
