do any of ur younger or even older corns decide to eat bum first ? kodi is into the habit of eating her fluff butt first , it would be so much simpler if she tried it the other way lol ! ust curious to kno if any of your did?

you culd try making the head end warmer to help your snake find it more easily, also how are you defrosting/heating the mouse? (not that eating bum first is a problem, just a bit more of an effort sometimes lol) |

We either leave them room temp for a couple of hours then warm it under the tap , or bag it up in a cup of warmer water . Will def try the warm of the head more so than the body to see if it works . She's ate the last two meals bum first and it looks way more difficult . Kai however will just strike and try and kill it for ten mins and then its like he inhales it he eats so fast lol ! |

Don't know if it's common or not but most of mine used to eat bum first when they were hatchlings and then gradually as they, and their prey grew, they decided to eat normally!  |

it seemed to be the younger snakes of either pinkies or rat pups that went ass first can't remember why it was but my memoriespooplol |
