Strike feeds, I suggest a you stick on a nappy the first few times, Royals are big and quick when they want to be, they pack a punch.

we have a large pair of feeding tongues! haha! so we are gona put him in a faun in the viv with plenty of hides and bits and bobs , and he wil be heated via spot lamp (red) , we do have a spare heat mat but will have to get another mat stat altho they said he should be fine with the lamp and we got out thermometers and dimmer stat to control it all . i so cant wait!

Hi, good news on getting permission! Have to add though, don't bother with trying to heat it with a lamp, especially inside a viv, all you will do is create a large hotspot that could envelope the entire faun. The most effective way of heating fauns is by heatmat underneath, with stat probe taped to the mat, and thermometer inside the tub.
