                      | 3.5 weeks is still good. i have only ever had 2 females retain eggs and depostit them the next year (and i have had 100's of clutches over the years). These had very low fertility rates- first one only had 2 fertile eggs the other had just one. So 20 fertile eggs dont look to me like last years retained eggs. all the best incubatind them

                      | @ Sta~ple - The pet shop near where I live always wants and buys corn snakes hatchlings. She told me she is waiting for someone to take 40 hatchlings in. It makes no difference to her what morphs they are either. So there are some shops interested in them regardless. |

                      | The pet shop near me always takes them too. I say incubate them,if you don't you'll have that horrible nagging feeling that you may have chucked away a T+ clutch.

                      | It is much more likely that they are the eggs from this breeding than retained sperm. 3 and a half weeks it totally doable if you caught her at the right time. I've seen that time period a number of times and I have rarely seen nine weeks.
So what is T+ in corns then?

My understanding that T+ just proves that the snake produces tyrosinase and therefore isn't a true albino in definition. This could happen for many reasons from incubation failure to a simple recessive gene. A lot of people use T+Albino and Ultra/Ultramel interchangably.

 Cheers

                      | Ads, i dont really know, from what i have been told it is a different gene to Ultras, i have both and looks wise they are different, but not by much. with regards to patterning, the t+ has much more purple saddle borders than the ultra, but the breeding should in theory prove whether they are one and the same or infact an albino. the plan is, t+ snows, but will see. This T+ came from germany originally, i forget the breeders name.
