Last night Lupin escaped from his faun!
Happened arounnd midnight and luckily I was still sat in the living room and something over by the snakes caught my eye. I looked up to see Lupin squeezing his way through the fins in the top of the faun!! He was half way through and by time I got over to him he was through but luckily I was able to grab him quick!
Lupin is my most active corn and I hadn't put him in the rub I had bought (not an actual brand rub, just a cheap storage box) as I wanted to make sure it was extra secure for him! I had no idea he could get out of a faun though. These snakes really are little Houdinis
Here is Lupin
Here is where is pushed the plastic apart to escape!

Wow he really was determined to get out. I think it's because he wanted to come to his real mama |

Lol,I don't blame you! Theres me worrying about snakes getting through the gaps in a faun when they are tiny, never though about them being bigger and bending the plastic so they can get out! |

Well first thing I did when I got up today was to check on all the corns in there new tubs!
Thankfully, all of them are safely hiden away in their hides, even the cooler king, Lupin!
I will be keeping an eye out for any posters being put up in the tubs.......don't want a shawshank style escape nest!!! |

He's a CB09, I forget the month lol
He was a bit too big for it which makes the fact he fit through the fins even more shocking.
I had moved him into a larger tub but got worried about him escaping so moved him back into the faun for a few days while I made the tub more secure lol |

If an 09 could get through there then surely a hatchling could get through the original gap, that is scary! :S Tiffany-x |
