Because his vivid colours led me to finding him, literally, like a rainbow in the dark! I present to you, for the first time ever, my new little surprise buddy.....Dio!

Can you anyone verify his morph? Like I said, I was told 'amel bloodred' or 'fire', wondering if this is correct!

Hopefully, this will also give you guys a better idea of how underweight he looks and how undersized he may or may not be. I haven't run across anything on size in regard to the age of the snake.

But yes, for someone who had never previously considered the idea of pet snakes, this guy has really won me over

Aww cute little guy. I wouldn't say he is underweight either (maybe just slightly) he is small for his age but thats just how they deal with not getting a lot of food. I look forward to seeing his progress.

Aww he is really sweet. I'm sure he will grow nicely now you have him. I know the basic morphs but not too good on the lesser common ones so the experts will have to help you out on that

He does look a little on the small side, but a few mice should perk him right back up ^^ He looks like an amel to me, possible fluorescent, due to how orange he is, but that's only based on that last photo. Otherwise, I'd definitely say amel ^^ Bloodreds tend to be darker, and have that characteristic grey head. Lovely little chap! Doesn't seem too bothered by you! I should think you have a great little mite there!
