Hi folks,

Has anyone seen a corn shed twice? Cobus first shed didnt come off in 1 piece so i made him a moss hide which he hasnt left since i put it in the viv, it started to loosen the rest of the skin but never really came off.

I took him out tonight and his eyes are going blue so i can only assume hes starting to shed again. Anyone seen this before? Is it normal?

Mike

Whats probably happened is the first shed was retained for a while, and hes gone into shed again to try and clear it, its fairly normal for corns to shed more than once in quick succession.

Me too. Its common to go into shed, regardless of the last one, if affected by mites or healing after after injury, but I've never come across one shedding again after a simple bad shed...
