Big ol' chunky fella!
He's gorgeous

Be careful with that sand though; its horrible to see them with impaction and eye infections and whatnot

I keep mine on newspaper coz i'm too lazy to go out and buy some nicer looking tiles
One of my ladies has an eye problem from having a glob of sand stuck in it, and i've had 3 die from sand impaction.
I guess a lot of people keep them on sand with no problems, but most are pretty clumsy eaters so i figure better safe than sorry

Keeping them on sand is supposed to be fine so long as it's not a baby and also if you're correctly supplementing the food with calcium (which is meant to stop them actively eating the sand). Feeding them in such a way to minimise accidentally digesting sand is supposed to help reduce the risk of impaction (ie feeding bowls and whatnot).

So long as Ohso is careful (which I'm sure they will be!) then using sand isn't a bad thing so it's not really necessary to go scaring them off using it if that's what they want to use :P
