So about an hour ago I fed Tiko and he was very happy, put him back in and as usual he had a nose about and a drink, so I just glanced over at the viv and I could see his head and hear this weird noise, like when your phone vibrates on silent. I could see the water in his bowl vibrating and wondered what the h£ll was going on. I picked up his bowl and he was completely underneath it rattling his tail at me for looking! If it was a normal bowl I wouldn't be surprised but its one of those long turtle bath ones about 9" x 4"! So I lifted it off him, to be met by more tail rattling and now I am waiting for him to go to sleep so I can put it back! Funny little snake!

If he got under there he was probably perfectly happy under there tbh. I would have left him be.

When Nimbus was in the petshop his fave place to hide was under his water bowl!

I have to agree though, if he had just been fed and had gone under there on his own it may have been best to leave him as he really shouldn't be handeled after a meal.

Just FYI I didn't handle him. I know the rules and thus I moved the bowl so he could move off on his own which he did.

No, please don't think I am being funny. Oh I feel awful now.

I was being cheeky in that last message, that's why I used the wink smiley!

Oh man we are mad aren't we. Some times things don't always come out too well when they are typed I guess. Anyway...the bowl is back in and Tiko is asleep...In his hammock! xxx
