That is superb.
Quite often you'll see them do that when approaching food as well when they're still little.
It's a sign of submissiveness and "i'm your friend" action. They think the food wont run away from them then.

Unfortunately not only females, all young beardies will do it and even adult males.
Both my adult males do it when they become to big for their boots and have to get knocked down a bit, I make sure they do so that they know they're not the top of the pecking order.

Aww I love it when beardies do their arm waving,its just so cute!!
He/she is absolutely gorgeous.
I had a pair,male and female and they both did it. Looks sweet when they wave at their food before chasing it lol!
