As the title says really

My stat arrived earlier today so I went to collect Nimbus!

He is still in the small setup that the shop has loaned me as I want my daughter to help swap him into his new tank later when she is home from school.

He's a grumpy little bugger. I went to put his water bowl back in when we got home and he was rattling his tail at me then hid under the aspen and he's not come out since.

Can't wait till the 7 day rule is over and I can get some great pics and try and pick him up. I'm so nervous!

That's the best news I've heard all day!!!!!!!
Super, smashing, great.
Put an old bit of clothing in with him so he starts to get used to your smell. He'll find you less of a threat then when you go to change his water and check the substrate. After that l--o--n--g 7 days he'll already be getting used to your smell and hopefully less stressed.
I'm so pleased for you that he's home at last!
