Whoop! I am so excited, he has been hiding away the last couple of days so I checked on him today and he has gone pink!!! He looks amazing! All his orange spots are now a lovely pink colour and his eyes are a little cloudy, although hard to see as they are normally red. Moss box has gone in and as usual, he has ignored it! Wonder if he will want his tea on Thursday.

Aww cute, should read Tiko in pink! I have to leave my moss box (snake cave) in permanently, Spot loves it though its dry unless he is in shed. Its such a fascinating process, I wonder if it will ever get boring (nah!!!) |

Think it might be easier to buy a pink snake than change the one you've got, they don't half wiggle when you take a potato peeler to them.
emergency edit, please don't anyone peel your snake, its messy, unhygienic and peelers are sharp you may cut yourself. |

I actually can't wait.
He shed on the second day we had him but waited until we had gone out - obviously. So I am going to stalk him this time and watch him a LOT! I do feel like a proud mom - I was gutted last night as I had no one to tell in my house, however, can always rely on the forum for a pleasing response!
The last shed was 36" so I wonder what this one will be! |

We will have to compare feeds! I don't think he will have one as he is normally out and about and nosy but this week he has been under his rock and hiding (he is not stuck - i checked! ha!) |

Aww, they are so sneaky! Well i have just poked Tiko to make sure he is still alive - he is - and he is still pink! I also went to change his water and dropped the bl**dy bowl in the viv so it's a little more damp than usual - who needs a moss box ay!? |
