hi all! This question is regarding my dumerils boa. My living room is very dark in the day (curtains drawn while im at work) and is only lit by a lamp in the evening, so ive been advised to install a light into my dumerils boa's viv. Im hoping if i can create artificial day light while im at work, he'll feel more relaxed+maybe start eating again (he's fed 3 times with me, but refused the last 3) So, im after some info into types of lightings that wont distress him. Also, links to fittings, bulbs, etc, would be great! Just want something witha simple on/off switch, as il turn it on when i leave for work+turn it off about 9pm! Thanks Tina x

you could always try an energy saver bulb in the viv, not sure how hot this gets though, as i dont use them, so may well need statting will definately need gaurd for it though. Fittings for these from b and q or most home supply type shops.
