The guy who created it as stolen some of my pics to use on there! I have contacted him 3 times to say i would like credit of my name on there or remove them but he just ignores me!
Really wouldnt mind if he asked but i know he is making profit out of them!

Opening page says that photographs are by Don Soderberg @ South Mountain Reptiles. Might be worth getting in touch with him again about it. Try getting hold of the 'author' again and request some sort of deal, if not contact apple and let them know they are allowing an app to be sold that contains copyrighted imagery, they'll pull it pretty swift from the itunes store/site.
Just been on a USA site to see if anyone i know on there knows him personally! Still waiting! But think i may contact apple as i can prove quite easily that the pics are mine as i still own the snakes!
Yeah Don is having the credit which is not to bad as he does have one of the best collections out there!
I even offered to send him pics of morphs he dont have if he said i have taken the pics! But coz he has ignored me and i know he is making money out if it! Sort of rubs it in! LOL

I have tried and tried to contact him with nothing back!
I've also contacted the author and let him know my thoughts and what he needs to do - politely, nastiness gets you nowhere :)
I have also contacted the iTunes store where the app is downloaded from to let them know it contains copyrighted material from both sites and they need to remove it to avaoid legalities.
