Aura is stunning. Really interested in how she changes as she grows. Edison is a real cutie

hey titch,
yeah aura - the butter stripe above didnt want to eat pretty much for a year - we got her in september last year and it was just about a week ago that she ate unassisted for the first time..shes an extreme example and everything was tried - heating the pinkie in water/with a hairdryer, dipping in tuna brine/chicken soup, braining, splitting it open, leaving her with no handling at all, leaving her in a small tub with pinkie for an hour, covering the faun up.. everything.. i was assist/force feeding her from january right up until last week - although as she got bigger she did make more of an effort swallowing the pinkie - just didnt want to open her mouth up!
i was heating the pinkie up with the hairdryer while she was on my lap and it must have triggered something as she slithered up, opened her mouth and ate it!!!

usually it doesnt take much to get them feeding - braining and heating usually work first though
