at that size i'd feed one medium once a week, or one large every 10 days, or one extra large every 2 weeks

edit: if you go with the large or x-large keep an eye out so the snake doesn't get porky

I tried Izzy out on 2 small fuzzies (the larger ones seemed too big) and she slept for 3 days! Tried the larger ones out at the weekend and they turned out to be the perfect size. She's had a 2 day sleep/rest and is now nice and active again.

Your snake must be completely tame. That's quite alot of play time.I have to balance it out bewteen 3 snakey's.
Since this is a food question, when do you change from a small pinkie?

most users on here change food size when theres no obvious bump left by the food item
i used to give one pinkie, then moved it up to one normal sized pinkie and one slightly smaller one, and then 2 larger pinkies before giving one fuzzy - i did then mix between one fuzzy and then 2 pinkies (if i had any left that is!)

Hey, if I buy frozen food from my pet store does it make a difference if they defrost while you are coming home if you then get home and put them in the freezer?

If there is no visible bump after chowing down on medium mousey, then I would say it is time to move up to a large mouse. Although I am sure someone will disagree with me :P

i feed karma every friday and i give her a large adult mouse and it takes her 7 mins to eat and she poo's every thursday just before her feed on friday. i handle her 3 times a week for half hour a time. when she eats there is bump when she pushes it down her body, does this mean i need to upgrade food?
