I'm envious! Used to build henhouses out of junk, but when it comes to vivs, I chicken out ...

i hope mine turns out as good as yours. I'm just a bit stuck on one thing. I don't know what size screws to use. What size did you use? Did you use just screws?

I would have totally paid you to make this for me haha! it looks really good.
can I ask a dumb question, where do you put the heat mat in a wooden viv? I was told inside, outisde, on the side, underneath, every where! So I brought a glass one instead.
:)

hi ill answer all 3 questions in one cause just finished work and im off to bed i get my glass from parham brothers but i think most glass manufactures will cut you what size you want! the screw all really depends on the type and size of wood you are using as long as it goes through both bits without splitting the wood your on to a winner! and finnaly my heats mats are inside just covered with wood chip for the geckos but when i make my one for my corns they will also be on the inside but av lino on aswel as aspen hope this helps you all of to bed i go nite all
