hi everyone

want some opinions and advice....
me and my partner have been looking at a new addition to our 3 corns and bts and originally looked at a ball python, however my partner was not keen and they are fussy feeders.
so we have narrowed it down to a bearded dragon r bosc monitor.

what would you guys recommend?

thanks for the help guys.

Well for starters, bosc monitors are a lot bigger than beardies and will cost more to feed etc.

If you don't have any experience with lizards, i'd be tempted to say beardie. I think getting a bosc for your first is jumping in the deep end a bit lol, but there are people who get boscs for their first, they are great lizards.

I agree with Danny, personally any type of monitor is not good for first time lizard owner. Beardies are great for first timers though. Don't know if you've ever kept lizards before or not, but if you have, I'd go with Beardies too. They've got great personalities!

definetly not a bosc, unless you have a small room set aside for it when it reaches adult size :S

have a read through this site, its a good read: http://savannahmonitor.org/
