How are you guys spending your bank holiday monday?
I am stripping the wallpaper in my bedroom and it is taking AGES!! Yes I know it wouldn't take as long if I wasn't posting on here lol. I'm taking a break to eat as I was starting to feel lightheaded and thats not good when your standing at the top of a ladder. |

I'd forgotten it was!
Not kidding when I say I never know what Dave of the week it is!
Well ... I cleaned out the two water features/fountains, fed Shahi the royal (he was sitting in his kitchen roll inner, so i lifted that into the rub and he pretended to be a savage python striking from his burrow and taking ages to 'kill' his mouse.)
Then I bathed Cy, my smallest corn. She was blue but she's gone clear this morning, so I set up a small rub with a flannel in the bottom and about a cm of barely tepid water and let her splash about (or the snakey equivalent) for a few minutes and ... and now I've just checked her and she's prowling about, looking very alert, so I wonder if there might be a shed soon? (She's very small for her age - I believe Miamis can be - and you know how fast they go through the process when small.)
So that's it really. Not very thrilling I'm afraid!
(Ooo, if it's a bank holiday I've got the excuse for a beer or two! Woohoo! ) |

I've spent most of the day watching films in bed, only getting up to go down the road for some food shopping. All thats left to do today is feed Izzy and then meet some mates in the pub to plan our snowboarding holiday in January! |

I'm jealous, everyone had a day off. I had to go into work, it was stupidly dead, we had 20 visitors in 5 hours. now i'm going to sit alone and do artwork to sell untill my OH gets off work at 9 or 10pm |

Nope. Which is good as she's a lot bigger than me >.<
I also tried to teach my dad how to scan something and send it in an e-mail. Did he take notes, no. Which means I will have to re-teach him soon. |

I used to love working bank holidays in my younger days. Well actually I used to love the pay packet at the end of the week lol
Mike I wish you would have said. My car desperately needs doing. It needs colour restoring and polishing as its going a lovely shade of pink but I just haven't had time. Jack went back to the breeder on Friday and I'm determined to get my bedroom decorated before I get asked to have another one because I can't say no. Plus i need my bedroom decorated so I can build the viv stack to go in there so I can reorganise my corns before Donny. |
