Hi, again
Sorry I have not gotten round to posting picture of Salizar yet, will do that soon. She is doing really well and growing very quickly, and certainly loves her food.
I think she is due to shed soon as over the last few days her colouring has becove very dull and her eyes are also looking dull. How long does a shed normally take and is there anything I need to keep an eye on please.

Thanks Liam

Glad to hear she's doing so well =] Pictures are a must, so do it soon! =P

When it comes to shedding you'll notice she'll go in to her "Blue phase" which is when they go really dull in colour, less shiney, and their eyes cloud over. In a few days that will pass and she'll look like she's back to normal. A few more days and she should shed for you, hopefully all in one piece, you just have to leave her to it.

Be sure to check her shed skin for the eye caps and tip of her tail, as they are prone to not shedding sometimes. Give her a check over when you can to make sure she isn't retaining any other parts of shed on her body either. If she has got some retained shed then get a damp towel and let her slither through it, that should hopefully help her slough any left overs off =]

Hi Liam

Scarlett is right, each corn settles in to a routine which you will learn quickly, especially if you keep feeding and sheding records.
Marge goes really dull, then about two/three days later her eye's go blue, when they clear she will wait until the dead of night when your not looking and shed in secret!!

Being new to corns i found the help and advice on this forum a great help, and keeping records will help you to learn Salizar's routing and check back if you feel you need to e,g if Salizar sheds quickly or goes a long time between sheds.

Pics soon please!!

Glyn
