Hi lovely snake. Can i ask what type he is as his colouring is almost exactly the same as mine. Fluffy is my first snake and pet shop i got him from just had him labelled as a "miami". Thanks Karen

Yes, my youngest corn snake is identical in colouring to Flakes and I bought her/him as a Miami, but I've seen them described as normals and Carolinas. Confusing!

Thanks B,A,T,S it is really confusing. I must get some pics posted of him, but he rarely stays still long enough to take any good ones.

Thanks all, I've been told that Flakes is a Carolina/normal.
Had quiet a few handlings now, and I can even get him/her out the Faun by myself. I was so worried of hurting Flakes. Next feed tomorrow, Tuesday which will be 6 days from the last feed. Looking at the notes on feed dates and shed dates Flakes will is due to shed around the 20th August any advice? (I will put this onto the forum in its own post)
Once again thanks you all so much for your kind remarks and very very helpful advice.
