Hey all. After Shake died I went to petshop and purchased a ghost corn, she wouldn't eat, so petshop gave me a new ghost yesterday.. Below is a pic of the new ghost before she was put into her faun

I would say ghost motley because of the lack of belly checkers. |

It has the start of a motely pattern but some of my snakes do near the head but it looks like the .saddle look normal further down? I'm not sure how the motely pattern works, a picture from the top and a belly picture would help. Could be that your snakie is like mine which is a normal saddels but no/hardly any checkers |

shes a motley, the saddles will look normal but the lack of side saddles and the clear belly make her a motley, the 'stripe' at the top of her neck is commom in motleys - some keep it all the way down their body and some dont,
shes lovely |

Hang on, have you edited that pic? The "neck" seems to disappear into no-where? |

If you follow it from the tail you can see that she curls around. |

It can see where it goes... from how I was preserving it the perspective looked a bit off and I was looking for the other side of the background colour after the sadels but I can see it now lol it's just the way it bends round looks strange lol like the edge is soft but I think the objects in the faun about that area it it that look as well as it somehow looks like it's following that fuzzy edge and I didn't see the rest of the body after the sadelling in the right so it looked weird at first glance. |

She is beautiful Kelly....and I am glad that you now know she is a ghost motley (something the shop obviously didnt realise!).
I cant believe how tiny she is curled around your fingers like that!
As for names, there are a few suggestions in this thread that may help - http://www.thecornsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6673
