What is the best temp to keep the warm end at ????

Can't ever get it to settle at 28.3 for example it fluctuates between 27.0 and 29.8

looks like you are using a mat stat so long as its within that range Stewart its fine, but certainly no hotter as you are right at the top end of the scale at just under 30, unless you use a pulse stat you will get a temp variation.
