Hi sir and good day to everyone!

Im Cherry and I came from the philippines, Im new to this site. I search on the internet on corn snake forums thats why im here.

Can anyone help me, I want to have a corn snake but its impossible to see one of those here in our place.

I really love snakes, I hate people killing it. Besides i have an experience of capturing snakes, like cobra and other philippine poisonous snakes and transfer them to some safer place.

I want to buy thru internet but im just a ordinary student and my mother wont allow me so basically dont have budget .

I hope theres someone who is willing to help a snake lover like me. Sorry guys i just got frustrated to have that cute snake. I know u guys understand me.

If you really love snakes then you really wouldn't expect anyone to post snakes to another country. Also, if you have no money how will you be able to afford a proper setup for a snake? Where would you get it's food if you can't afford to buy stuff?
I really don't think we can help you on this forum.

Do they not keep corns in the Philippines?

It's definitely a bit far for a corn to be flown in from England. It would not only cost a lot, but it would be really stressful for the snake.

Do they keep other types of snake over there?

we have the burmese python here and others.
but im not sure about corn snakes, hmmm!

About taking care of the corn snakes i have no problem with that since i have a white mice at home and i mean lots of them, i breed them on my own and good containers with sufficient ventilation for the snake.

Well done Trevah! Maybe you havent search the internet quite as much as you should have Cherry.

But before you go buying a corn snake, not only do you need to make sure that you can afford to buy the snake but that you also can afford to buy all the equipment....it is not just a case of having mice to feed it. You need the right size tank, a heatmat to provide a warm end, a thermostat to control the heat, a digital thermometer to monitor the heat, 2 hides, a water dish and enough money to spare in case something breaks down or your snake gets ill and you need to take it to the vet.

Also you need to make sure you know how to look after it properly. So do your research a bit better than you tried researching getting a corn snake from the Philippines .

You wont need a heat mat in the Philippines for most of the year, if anything, you will need to be able to keep the snake cool enough.

Good point Mike ....but then Cherry needs to make sure to research exactly what is necessary to keep conditions right for the corn in the environment she lives in.

No worries im an Electrical Engineering Student

I can make one of those...

In terms of research i already did know the necessity for corn snake, well my only problem is where to get the snake.

Other than the that i already prepared myself for the responisibilty.

Besides all those snakes posted on the internet are not reliablt. I min i texted and contacted the seller but they cant show me any pictures. And they barely reply emails.
