Where it's running on more than one server, if some people are connected to one server and it disconnects, then it'll cause a netsplit where the people on the server that disconnects disappear for a min or 2.

I was wondering how many of the regular users (or new) have tried to pop in and had a 'policy daemon' error??
It seems the flash policy for the irc client has been blinking in and out of existance recently and seeing as I haven't had an issue, I've not known about it. |

| I had issues over the weekend due to my ISP handing out previously used IP addresses used for spamming. This will only matter if you dont have a static IP address. A warning on logon that you have a banned / blacklisted IP address will appear, you haven been banned and should be able to get in eventually. |
