I think this topic is fairly self-explanatory.
Hi, I'm Lucy and I love snakes. I joined this forum so that I could get some advice on my snake, Mutley, and it has just opened my eyes to a whole world of fellow snake-lovers.
As I only have one snake, I would not call myself a snakeoholic, but this is purely circumstantial.
I was allowed my snake, partly because I really wanted her, but pretty much because she was also the only pet my parents would allow me to have as I could look after her myself. I originally 'borrowed' her from someone on a trial period, and in the end I was allowed to keep her as the owner was moving into a new house with his girlfriend and wouldn't have space for all of his snakes. As a student, I haven't been able to have more due to living in halls etc, but once I have my own place and am a bit more settled I shouldn't think I'll be a mono-snake owener for long.
Sadly until that day I shall just have to pretend that all your snakes are sort of my snakes too.

I think I'll always want more snakes. I have three (although I haven't picked the third up yet) and am already asking around for another, to be picked up at Doncaster in September. I'm also getting my other half a royal python hatchling for his birthday.
I also get the awful feeling that I'll get into breeding them in the middle future :-/ |

i want loads more and i as i am only 15 parents are restricting me only because i have no room, at this moment in time i have 1 corn and 1 crested gecko but by next weekend i will have a royal and my brother will have a leo (which will have to go on my stack taking up more room meaning less snakes for ) but depending on room i will only ever have 2 corns, 2 royals, 2 crested geckos and then my brothers leo as i do not want to over do myself as i will eventually have to go to uni. cannot wait to have my own house and have a rep room so i can get a bosc monitor and loads more snakes (maybe even a burm depending on room) |

Actually, it seems I'm the only one who doesn't want more. Even if I could afford more and had the space, I wouldn't be able to give them and our Rankins the attention I want to if I had to share the love even wider. Now, with unlimited time, space and money - ooohhh what a shopping list THAT would be . |
