There is a lot of disputes in regards live feeding in the UK.
It's currently a VERY grey area.
lets make it easy, (ish).
It is NOT illegal to live feed.
It IS illegal to be cruel to animals.
Giving one animal (mouse) to another (snake) to be killed is deemed cruel.
it would be like having a pit-bull in a dogfight with a miniature poodle. One animal would have an advantage dues to sheer size and strength.
Now you can see why it's an awkward one. |
