Just to be different - Little Bugger is totally 'hands off' when a shed is coming on, he won't eat a thing either. The first time he shed I thought he was going a bit mental! After 3 sheds we're used to each other, so it's not a problem anymore. He sheds usually overnight, then eats in the evening.
Whoever puts their hand on me to govern me is a tyrant, a usurper and I declare them my enemy.
