Hi Paul, Good to have you back.
To put a picture on you need to link to it from somewhere else (What is called image hosting) you put your picture on the likes of photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com)and you can then add the image in the form of a link.
I will post an in depth image based tutorial, but I'm not on my own computer today, so will get it up as soon as I can, probably be tomorrow.
