hi guys

was wondering wen to put my leos together, they are about 2months different in age but about 2 inch diff in lenght. i know the female will always be smaller than the male but was just wondering if they would be ok at any time since they are so young.
male is approx 4 months female is approx 2 months.

just got a new viv so there wouldnt be any terrority issues i dont think.

It's alaways best to leave them in their own viv. The male even at a young age may try to mate female & will harass her. As she's way too young & under weight she would become egg bound & die. When they reach around 40g-45g in weight then you could introuce them both, but you will 99% get a pregnant female with in weeks due to lay eggs.

i was planning on keeping 1 male and 2-3 females permantly together as i have told you before. i understood this was ok. i know they will breed but will it be like rabbits??

shall i keep the male in a spare viv so females can rest and only introduce him every now and again.

Yeah to be honest they will need a rest although Some breeders, I've read, introduce the male 2 days after the female has laid - sod that lol !

They are pretty much like rabbits I guess.

coolio... i will sort out my male with his own little kingdom then introduce him for a few weeks to get busy then he can retire to his own place while the girls do there stuff.
all the females will be ok together wont they.
