No Bell albinos, the eyes give it away.
Chocolate albinos are the result of low incubation temps & low cage temps. (in tremper albinos) |

looking good MM.
mine seem to be coming on ok. building a new viv todayso will post pic wen i can.
start leaving a bowl of mealies in so they can have a nibble as and wen they like but they seem to all die over nite. any tips??? |

Techno; they definatelty are not chocolates ! lol
the mealies could be dying from excess moisture ? usually too much heat makes them turn into the 'alien' stage. Not sure really, it's weird as lately mine don't seem interested in them. I've took all mine out now so maybe they're bored of the taste.
Did you have a look at breeding your own live food dazb ?
Can't wait for my roaches to multiply, the Leos love 'em  |

yeah been looking in to the roaches but as i live in a flat space is tight.(not that they would take up to much room)
to be honest im getting sick of finding crickets everywhere. its like a military op trying to get them from cage to dusting bag, then from bag to one cage, then left overs in to my other. of course then trying not to let the stray big one in. lol.
wot size tank/bucket/cage are you using. dont have a clue wen they refere to sizes in gallons |

a tub/container from pound strecher or similar about 18" L x 12" W x 6" H would be good for a starter coloney of 100 roaches.
Dubias dont climb or fly & move slow. Lobsters CAN climb but put vaseline around the top of the tub & they do stay away. again they dont fly but move slightly quicker. Neither smell & are both easy to keep, feed & breed. |
