My 2 little snow girls arrived yesterday and they are soooo pretty......just what I wanted. They are from different parents but only 2 weeks difference in age.
The second ones parents must have been het amel, if they were anerys, to produce a snow. Anerys (type A) have been known to cause pink expression in some other morphs like pastel ghost, strawberry snow.
Although some snows look very nice when white & yellow or even pink & green. Coral snows also show very nice colour.
Thanks Moneymaker.....that's really interesting. The breeder also thinks one of them maybe het for motley but I'm not sure which one.
I'm hoping they will be a pinkier colour as they grow. When they are ready in a few years I'd like to put one with my Amel Motley boy Peanut to find out what hets he carries.
Thanks guys They've both settled in really well and have both had a pinkie each, which is great Pixie struck for her last night but Pearl would only eat hers in her rub with the lights off
