i am thinking of buying some frozen mice from 888, but i was just wondering when they are delivered are they still frozen or do they defrost in transit?? Information from people that have brought from 888, would be great.
I have used them for livefood and dry goods and the service is amazing. I am thinking that they will post Frozen mice and things out in Dry Ice like Livefood Direct do
I have had frozen food from 888 Quib. They come in an ice pack that 888 say lasts for 24 hours. The courier was late bringing them so they were defrosted. 888 send them to the courier in the evening and then they are delivered the next day so if you are not in and you have to pick them up in the evening they will probably defrost. The good thing is i phoned 888 and told them they were defrosted and they sent some more. Hope this helps.
im still on my first load of pinkies tht i got when lil one turned up 6 weeks ago.. they were semi frozen so just transfered from box to bowl with travel ice still round them in coldest part of fridge.. once madam was established on feeding i put them all lined up on kitchen roll in slide tray of freezer.. have been fine.
