I think you need to do a bit of reading on it and then come back with some specific questions. |

Yes, there's a breeding section on the care sheet, but have a good look at a few others too to get an idea.
It's advisable to wait until your snakes are 3 before you breed them anyway so you've plenty of time to research. |

as above but if your snake's only a year old you've got at least a year to research it properly (you can probably get away with a well grown-on male mating at 2 but NOT a female) |

i know ppl on her will rip me apart for saying this but anyway ... they say you need the 3 3's to breed snakes, 3 years old, 3 ft long and 300g in weight. how ever i go off the weight more than anything as that is the most dangerous thing for a snake losin too much weight. |

would this 3,3,3 rule be more for the females? solid is less than a year old and already weighs around 230 grams, not that it matters much to me as i have no plans for breeding |

Yes, the rule of 3 is mainly for females, but the older the male, the more eggs are likly to be fertile. |

would there be any danger between the age gap?
For example if the male was 2 and the female is 4 would it be less likely to mate? |

the size differance between a 2 year old male and 4 year old female is probably your biggest risk, especially if she's feeling hungry. |
