Here is his home.. and when he's out and about pics of the cocktail himself
A stunning amel with pastelly orange, red saddles and he's quite a chunky boy. born 15th sep '08
Here is his crib; 2 plants. 2 hides, one waterbowl and a twig. Also thermos, STAT OF COURSE and heat strip underneath.
Note, toweled over the top and sides; from 9pm to 7am, then natural sunlight for in between hours.
£80 for what you see and a snake underneath the coconut
also, sock on his hide a CLEAN one! |

Here is the man himself;
Was out for a roam this morning, which suprised me.
Well have been rather naughty; when he came down to me, the stat probe was in the middle of the tank. so i placed it in his warm hide and he was roaming, he slithered over my hand!! Had to resist.
But I couldn't; just gave him the quick check - no kinks or mites but I think he is slightly obese will have to see (couldn't check before I bought him - the RFUK man turned up in the rain, so i just payed him got the tank and shed records, food etc etc and ran inside ) didn't want snakey to get wet and handle him outside is a NO-NO incase he wriggled free I'd never see him again.

Well; I've been rather naughty again tonight Had him out and I'm worried.
I think he's lost some scales of his head - there is like orange peeling off and its showing grey underneath; I can't get a photo he wont stay still enough, it was a quick check. and a previous bit of shed is on there but I'm not bathing him yet;
I really dont want him to be unhappy and unsecure with me; I'm really worried; in case it gets worse in a week...
He couldv'e burnt it; mat is outside. the substrate is wood chips; but his coconut hide edge is a bit rough so will be sanding that and his branch is soft.
He obviously didn't do this with me; as it's peeling off with sheds I hope it will go smoothly for him..
