hello there unfortunately the time has come to let my ratsnake go... he is a lovely looking snake and can be friendly but does turn sometimes and can be quite fiesty. hence the rehoming. i have tried on many occasion to tame him but he gets my trust then suddenly just attacks me. i did not want it to come to this but i cant keep him anymore. im too scared of him and im not experienced enough. im going to stick to corns what i know! also it is not fair on the snake as he is not out enough as im scared he will bite. if anyone would be interested in giving him a loving home please get in touch.
thanks |

i know what you're going through, i had the same dilemma with my Japanese ratsnake, in the end i swapped him for another snake at my LRS. didn't you take on your white oak from a rescue? are they able to take him back and rehome him? also where abouts are you in the country? might help potential purchasers |

because if they know you're having problems they will probably take him back and either tame him daown a bit then rehome him, or rehome him with somebody very experienced in dealing with this kinda snake |
