Seriously, would it!!
Our cat is not bothered with the ducks at all, she was a bit iffy when we forst got them, but slowly came round to the fact that they are here as well. Seen her drinking out of their paddling pool once while one of them was in it as well, so all friendly with my animals. |

Our cat doesn't even know they exist really :) She just sits there and pretends she can['t see them.
The dogs on the other hand. Well. They're ok. But apart. When they get to gehter they go mad. |

Nice hens, where do you keep them? In the garden? |

How many eggs are you averaging a week from your hens?? Our 3 ducks give us about 20 a week. |

umm.... Yeh I'd say about 20 a week too. Only 4 are at POL atm and one of them isn't a designed egg layer, so she's not laying every day. But I kid you not, when she does, they're the biggest eggs I've ever sen. They're so big that they wont fit in a regular egg cup
But the Marans are now starting to lay darker and darker eggs, will eventually be chocolate brown colour. Our leghorn is laying duck-white eggs now, and the Sussex is laying gorgeous ochre ones :) |

Lovely hens!! I love the last pic
I was just wondering whether i would be able to get away with posting some photos of my GALS Sid even though he's not technically a reptile, and maybe one or two of our chickens, so it's nice to see some hen pics already here
A cat once tried to get our hen Milly's chicks once, and she flew at it with her talons out and almost scratched the poor moggies' eyes out!! Never came back after that strangely enough... |
