The last 4 times my baby has eaten, the pinkie has gone down quick as anything, and not really left much bump, maybe a slight distortion for a few hours. But always sniffed around a lot, then when put back in the viv mooches around for a coupla mins before going back to hide and digest. So today I gave it two quite runty pinkies which got nyommmmed real quick also. I have one pinkie left in the freezer thats quite large that I will give in 5 days. Would you guys advise 2 pinkies for a while before moving to fluffs?

baby is about 16 inches. Also, constricted the second pinkie today, hehehe. still not pooped so gonna have a luke warm bath in 48 hrs to see if we can get bowels moving. :)

I meant to also add, do you think the mooching suggests its still hungry? or do they always do this and ae just being greedy?

usually it's worth getting them established on 2 pinkies before moving onto fuzzies but it's not essential. if you buy a bag of 10 fuzzies just pick out the smallest ones to feed the first few times

that's providing the fuzzy isn't more than 1.5 times the width of her body at the widest point!

Some people recommend working up to 3 items of food taken then moving up to the next size...

I would say do what you feel is right, but I would suggest at least feeding 2 items for a few weeks before moving up.

Also bear in mind that most pet shops are helpful - if you ask them for 'big' pinkies or 'small' fuzzies they'll usually tip what they have over the counter and let you pick through so you get just the right size you are after

We fed James 1 pinky every 5-6 days as a hatchling, then went up to 2, then 3 for a couple of weeks before moving him to fuzzies (and first offered small fuzzies then moved up in size).

He's now about 8 months old, 2 foot long and taking 2 medium fuzzies every week with no problem.
