As Tizzy said, most people use Photobucket, you can't directly upload pics to the forum.
However, you don't have to use Photobucket - You can upload your images anywhere you want on the net.
Once your image is hosted somewhere, you just include the URL in your post surrounded by the IMG tags like this - [img ]http://www.your-picture.com[/img ], but omit the spaces!
