TBH, im not sure what kinda re-format it was. My mums OH done it for me. When I turned it on it came up as if the computer was new again. I downloaded AVG and Spybot search and destroy, done scans with them both as well as windows defender and all 3 said none found, yet Kaspersky found 3 straight after the re-format?!
I thought id get NOrton as thats what came with my computer last year and it worked perfect through out the year Not really sure what to do now

Kaspersky is good, my Dad works for a computer company and he uses that along with K9 which they designed themselves. just a pain tbh, as blocks all bad webbys, so you need to config that, but it was rather crap
