is this a blister ? what should i do to help my snake heal ?

could it of burnt itself on anything?blister disease is normaly on the belly and should be treated by a vet asap as if they burst they lead to septicema and evently death.It looks a bit like a missing scale but it's hard to tell from a pic

shed coming of prematurley can cause an ulcer/sore type thing visable for the next few sheds, or so i have read, has he/she shed recently?

my snake has some sort of friction burn or cut on exactly the same place, he caused his by constantly pressing his snout against where the 2 glass sliders meet, as he's in mental search for a female mode and been like that since february, everyones mature males are doing it aswell its that time of year, they will spend hours each day rubbing themselves against the glass of the viv, i been handling mine quite often to calm him down, any skin wound will heal better each time the snake sheds its skin though so dont worry too much about it. i even see reptile ointment in pet shops for minor skin wounds etc
