Hi all I thought I'd add pics of Saber our 2/3 month butter Saber, I also added her new home to get your views and opinions

Some of her home, i read some previous posts and came up with this. Heatmat on 1/3 keeping steady at 30'c, the cool side is usually around 21/22'c. Hides on both sides, water dish and hollow log the the middle. Large chips of substrate as lining.

Nice butter, I may consider getting one next Your set up is pretty much the same as mine. I've got the smaller faun. Frodo is six months old and still has a few months of growth in his before I move him up to the size like you have.

She looks around the same size as my butter apart from mine is 8months old :o, have you measured her yet?
Theres a good program here http://www.serpwidgets.com/Apps/measure.html to measure snakies :) let me know how long she is.
The setup looks good, temps are right an heatmats in the right place. You didn't mention if you had a thermostat tho, they are important, & if you do have one then good :)

Theres a good program here http://www.serpwidgets.com/Apps/measure.html to measure snakies :) let me know how long she is.
The setup looks good, temps are right an heatmats in the right place. You didn't mention if you had a thermostat tho, they are important, & if you do have one then good :)

Hi markus, yeah I do have a thermostat in place which is a god send, and those apps look quite cool, i'll give them a go when I get some better pics |
