after two weeks ive finaly managed to get some semi decent feed pictures of liquid, its not much but here goes
in case your wondering its an M&S tub of (now eaten) chocy with small lenghts of bamboo stick going through it. made as an experiment which he seems to like. |

Lovely dinky little snake, and good idea on the hide, especially the bamboo sticks going through it.
However, is the tape on it PVC tape, or duct tape? Because in the pics you can see it slightly lifting on the edges, and this can cause problems if it sticks to snakie.
I'm assuming you put it around the edges because of the sharp angles created by cutting holes in the tub. May be worth going through the effort of getting a small file and just slighty taking the edges of instead of the tape. Could potentially save a stuck snake and/or vets bills.

its pvc tape kehhlyr, yes to protect from sharp edges but its quite low-tac so i dont think theres much danger of pulling scales off, and the tub is quite thin so fileing wont do anything |

thanks, he hides most of the time i`m home, but apparently has some adentures while i work, latest being climbing up the probe wire i`ve got taped to the back wall. butno pics of that :( |
