As title suggests, got up this morning and saw a little yellow bubbly mush on the corner of the cave.. I've seen this before but never told anyomne thought It'd pass.

Not concerned as such jut curious to know what it is.

this morning i was like "wtf".

Yeah mat after some digging i found it, upon futher examination it is white and VERY crumbly. :/

Mm i read that theyr'e very good at extracting nutrients so even their pee is solid as they they are also good at preserving water

yahoo answers is a load of poo, dont even bother with it. there was a guy who thouht his girlfirends baby was drinking her blood so she wasnt having periods.

the white crumbly stuff is calcioum :) snakes are extreamly good at absorbing nitrates, minerals and nutrients from their prey, but there's so much calcium i nthe bones that after all the liquid had been extracted, it solidifies. hense why it's white. digested bone :) the yellow stuff is the same. its solidified urine but without the water. basicalyl jsut solid urea.

urea is the amino acid in our urine produced by the kidneys from the break down of meat. mouse = meat and bones = yellow an d white poop :)

Sorry when you said it was yellow and mushy I never thought of urates because the ones I find are normally solid when I find them, but yeah, now you say about it being crumbly and white, urates.

i know the answer, when a snake poos it dont just poo out the main stools, it always thas this white yellowy mush with it, my snake poos like this all the time, dont worry
