Within the last hour Chong has started his first shed with me

I know chameleon shedding is totally different from a snake shedding, Chameleons shedding could take days up to several weeks.
And a definite NO NO is not to pick at it for him!

I believe this is a good start, a sign of chameleon shedding is a good sign of health!... and its good to watch him from a distance doing all his rubbing and twisting while he sheds..

He began his shedding at his tail...


..5 minutes later on to his legs...


...and now staring up his back.

Yes he's eaten some of his shed, he just has a little bit to go now! it's sticking out around his neck and on top of his head, he's looking like a Frilled lizard atm..
