Huh? If the question is "Do they have teeth? Can they bite?" Then yes to both, but thats the same with almost every domestic pet. Its very unlikly that a corn snake will bite.
How big is the snake? How big is its vivarium? What size prey ietems is it offered?does it feed regulalrly? What sex is it? What are the temperatures at each end of its vivarium? What heating methods are you using?
