i jsut noticed cooper has scuffed his nose and it's all red :(

he's been digging and scratching a lot and he;'s shedding atm. but very slowly.

anyone got any tips on howi cna stop him hurting himself?

from wot ive seen of my leo's (i know there not beardies but) they rub their nose on the surroundings to start the shedding process, maybe cooper is having a bad shed and rubbed his nose a little too much. have you tried to bath him or mist the viv to helps loosen his skin. maybe a moist hide.

i gave him a bath earlier and gently scrubbed him with a soft toothbrush. did nothing.
i'll try mmisting it but he doesnt seem to like hides but i;ll try that too anyway

just put some damp spagnum moss in a open marge tub or equivilent. that may help...
