Yeah, if you haven't clocked it yet, I name my animals after fantasy literature characters. These two (supposedly) girlies acquired theirs from the Witches in Terry Pratchett's books.. but they seem quite piratey after a couple of days watching them :) Esme is normal and Gytha is a carrot tail.. Esme seems quite timid.. a bit flustery if I put my hand in the tank, but Gytha has properly settled in to her new home! Enjoy :)

I have decided that i want leos for xmas. I have been dropping massive hint to the OH, i dunno if he has picked up on them yet though

They are super cute and entertaining, especially when they're hunting - they squiggle their tails just before they strike!! I recommend them! (after four days, hahaha)
